The purpose of the Motorist Assistance Program (MAP) is to provide the campus community with services such as loaning a lug wrench or aid in changing a flat tire, providing a container to transport gasoline or transportation to a local gas station, etc. The MAP truck driver may also provide jump-starts to dead batteries, but does not provide for vehicle lockouts.
If the MAP truck is not operating at your time of need, jumper cables may be loaned to you by University Police, although they cannot provide the jump to your vehicle.
If your car won't start, just call (716) 878-6333 or use a blue-light phone to request free motorist assistance.
